Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. – Rights Issue of 2 new Ordinary Shares for every 3 Ordinary Shares held as at the Record Date (19 September 2023) at an offer price of €0.75 per share ('Rights Issue')

Reference is made to the Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') on 11 September 2023 (Ref. LOM 291) regarding the Bank's Application for Authorisation for Admissibility to Listing submitted to the Malta Financial Services Authority in relation to the Rights Issue.

Further to the above-mentioned Company Announcement, the Bank this morning held an information session for licensed financial intermediaries, during which a presentation was delivered by the Bank. The presentation is available on the Bank's website at https://www.lombardmalta.com/en/rights-issue-2023.

Subject to the Bank receiving regulatory approval to proceed with the Rights Issue, those shareholders appearing on the Bank's Register of Members as at the Record Date shall also be invited to attend an information session in due course.
