The Company announces the retirement of Mr Bruno Cassar who held the post of G3 Group Human Resources Manager with effect up to 17 th July 2023. The Company thanks Mr Cassar for his loyal service to the Group over the years.

The Group is in the process of identifying a replacement for Mr Cassar.
