Resignation of Group Financial Controller

The Company announces the resignation of Mr Matthew Fenech from the post of G3 Group Financial Controller with effect from 16th June 2023. There is no matter concerning Mr Fenech's resignation that warrants any disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules. The Company thanks Mr Fenech for his service and wishes him success in his new endeavours.

Until a new Group Financial Controller is appointed the functions carried out by Mr Fenech to date will be assumed by the Group's finance team on an interim basis.
