Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') announces that, by letter dated 29 May 2023, the National Development & Social Fund (the 'NDSF') has, in terms of the Bank's Articles of Association, appointed two persons as directors of the Bank (the 'NDSF Appointees').

The details of the NDSF Appointees have been indicated to the Bank as follows:
