Declaration of Dividend

This a company announcement issued by M&Z plc (C 23061) (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as they may be amended from time to time.

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of the Company refers to Company Announcement 03/2023 wherein it announced the approval of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "AFR") and resolved that the AFR be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday 15 June 2023.

The Board of Directors further resolved to recommend that the Annual General Meeting approves the payment of a final gross dividend of €1,344,369.23 (net €873,840 ) equivalent to €0.030553846 gross per share (€0.01986 net per share). The final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2022 will be paid on or about Friday 23 June 2023 to all shareholders who are on the shareholders' register as of Tuesday 16 May 2023.
