The Board of Directors of MIDI is scheduled to meet on the 25 April 2023 to:

(i) consider and approve the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022;

and

(ii) consider the declaration of dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.
