COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Market Rules issued by the MFSA.

The Board of Directors of Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') is scheduled to meet on 27 April 2023 to:-

(i) approve the Group's and the Bank's final Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2022; and
(ii) consider the declaration or otherwise of a final dividend to be recommended to the Bank's forthcoming Annual General Meeting subject to regulatory guidelines and approvals.
