The Board of Directors of Malita Investments p.l.c (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Eric Schembri, holder of Maltese identity card number 986350M, residing at 20, Frans Dingli Street, Attard ATD 1134 Malta, has tendered his resignation from the office of director, audit committee member, and legal and judicial representative of the Company, with effect from the 28 February, 2023.

The Company wishes to thank Mr Schembri for his service and contribution to the Company over the years.

The Board would like to further announce that Mr Victor Carachi and Ms Tania Brown have been appointed as members of the Audit Committee.
