COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Capital Market Rules as issued by the MFSA in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

Reference is made to an announcement made by Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. ("Farsons") on the 22nd January 2018 through which the public was informed that, following (i) the declaration of an interim dividend in kind of Farsons' entire shareholding in Trident Estates p.l.c. ("Trident" and the "Shares") to its shareholders as at close of business on 21st December 2017 and (ii) should the aforementioned entitled shareholders not have received their pro rata number of Shares as a result of Farsons not receiving the share transfer instrument in respect thereof (the "Remaining Shares"), then such Remaining Shares would be settled in trust with Alter Domus Trustee Services (Malta) Limited ("Alter Domus") for the purpose of preserving the Remaining Shares for the benefit of those entitled to such shares, until such time as the shares are transferred.

Reference is further made to additional settlements on trust as a result of (a) lapsed rights issue as per Trident prospectus dated 7th October 2019 and (b) dividend declared and paid out by Trident pursuant to the annual general meeting held in 2019 (the "Additional Settlements")

Despite efforts made since the initial settlement in 2018, not all entitled shareholders have contacted Alter Domus; therefore, Alter Domus continues to retain on Trust their pro rata entitlement to the Remaining Shares and Additional Settlements.

In addition, it should be noted that certain shareholders whose pro rata entitlement to the Remaining Shares has been transferred to them still have a pro rata entitlement to the Additional Settlements, which remains with Alter Domus.

As a result of the foregoing, and in an effort to trace entitled shareholders you are kindly requested to contact Alter Domus at your earliest convenience if you were a shareholder of Farsons on the 21st December 2017 and you have not received (a) shares in Trident and/or (b) Additional Settlements.
