QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Andrea Bocchino, holder of Maltese identity card number 218308A and residing at Apartment 27, Joe Flats, Emmanuel Galizia Street, Ta' Xbiex, Malta has tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director of APCO Systems Limited (C 29099), a subsidiary of Harvest Technology p.l.c., effective 6 September, 2022. Mr Bocchino has also resigned from the post of director of Ipsyon Limited (C65394), Apcopay Greece AE incorporated in Greece with number 164725601000 and Apcopay Ireland Limited incorporated in Ireland with number 711800.

With effect from 6 September 2022, Mr Chris Fenech, holder of identity card number 75689(M) and residing at 163, Il-Kenn, Triq Guze Ellul Mercer, Swatar, Malta is being appointed as director of the said companies in replacement of Mr Bocchino.

For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Bocchino and Mr Fenech requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.

The company wishes to thank Mr Bocchino for his service and contribution to the Harvest Group.

In addition, it is hereby announced that Mr Fenech is being appointed as director of the following subsidiaries of the Company: Apco Limited (C8724) and PTL Limited (C3545).
