COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by International Hotel Investments p.l.c. pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules as issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Demise of Director

With deep regret, the Company announces the passing away of Mr Joseph Fenech on 3rd August 2022. Mr Fenech was appointed to the IHI Board on 20 April 2021.

Prior to being appointed on the IHI Board, Mr Fenech formed part of the Corinthia Senior Executive Team, and held the position of joint CEO. Mr Fenech enjoyed an acknowledged reputation in the hotel business and corporate financing, having been intimately involved in the Corinthia Group for the past 42 years.
