The following is a Company Announcement by Lombard Bank Malta p.l.c. (the 'Bank') pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

Reference is made to the Bank's Company Announcement LOM 267 (dated 5 May 2022).

The Bank announces that regulatory approval for the proposed final dividend and proposed bonus share issue has been received.

With respect to the proposed bonus share issue, the Malta Financial Services Authority has also approved the Bank's application for admissibility to listing of 596,893 ordinary shares of a nominal value of €0.25 per share. This number of ordinary shares may vary, though not materially, due to rounding up and rounding down in the case of fractional entitlements.

The above-mentioned proposed final dividend and proposed bonus share issue are being put before the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 May 2022 for approval by the Bank's shareholders.
