Resignation of Chief Marketing and Customer Intelligence Officer

The Bank hereby announces that Mr Peter Halsor has resigned from the Bank with effect from 11 May 2022, and accordingly has relinquished his position as Chief Marketing and Customer Intelligence Officer.

There are no matters concerning Mr Halsor that warrant any disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.

The Bank extends its thanks to Mr Halsor for his valuable contribution and hard work and wishes him all the best for his future endeavours.
