This is a company announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Capital Markets Rules:
At its meeting held earlier today, the Board of Directors of the Company resolved to distribute a gross dividend of €750,000 equivalent to €0.0375c (gross) per ordinary share.
This dividend will be paid on 30 May 2022 to the ordinary shareholders who were on the Company's Register of Members as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange as at the close of business on 23 May 2022.
