Change in senior management

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that it has received notice of resignation of Dr Godwin Caruana, holder of identity card number 376070(M) and residing at 17, Enchante', Triq is-Salvatur, Attard, Malta, from the role of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer of the Company and its group of companies (the "Harvest Group"). As a result, Dr Caruana shall also be resigning from his role as director of the subsidiaries of the Company.

The Company has accepted Dr Caruana's resignation with immediate effect, and thanks him for his service and commitment to the Company and Harvest Group over the years.

For the purposes of Capital Markets Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Dr Caruana requiring disclosure under the Capital Markets Rules.

Mr Chris Fenech, holder of identity card number 75689(M) and residing at 163, Il-Kenn, Triq Guze Ellul Mercer, Swatar, Malta, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has accepted to assume the role of CEO on an interim basis. The Board will make further announcements on the permanent appointment of a CEO which will be communicated to the market in due course.
