Errata Corrige - Announcements VBL5/2022 and VBL6/2022

This is a company announcement made by the Company in compliance with the Capital Markets Rules.

Reference is made to Company Announcements VBL5/2022 and VBL6/2022, issued by the Company on 25 March 2022. Reference is further made to the proposed dividend being recommended by the directors for approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. By way of clarification, the Directors have resolved to recommend a final net dividend of £160,000, that is 0.065 Euro Cents or E 0.00065 per ordinary share of E0.20 to be paid no later than the 30 June 2022.
