The Company announces that it is holding a tender process for the provision of independent external audit services. The audit tender process will be overseen by the Company's Audit Committee and is expected to conclude by 30th April 2022, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the selected firm being put to shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting. The selected firm will audit the Company's and its Group's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2022.
