COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

QUOTE

The Company refers to its announcement of the 19 November 2021, through which the market was informed that the Company signed a sale and purchase agreement with YIT Lietuva for a production plant in Lithuania, in the Klaipėda Free Economic Zone.

Although the acquisition of a commercial property located in Warsaw, Poland did not materialise, the Company is pleased to announce that its Lithuanian subsidiary company, Premier Estates Lietuva UAB (registration number 302483287) has purchased Indev UAB (registration number 305504167) for €20,850,979. Indev UAB is the owner of a 50,000 square metre land plot in Lithuania's largest free economic zone. This land comprises a 19,000 square metre factory which has been leased to REHAU Production LT, UAB, a leading provider of solutions to the construction, automotive and industrial industries.

This asset in Lithuania, increases the Company's portfolio from €115 million to €135 million and extends the total leasable square metres to 90,000 square metres (up from 70,000 square metres) across 23 properties.
