The Company notifies the market that, as a result of the increase in issued share capital of the Company and the listing of the increased portion of the capital on the official list of the Malta Stock Exchange, the shareholding of Rizzo Farrugia & Co (Stockbrokers) Ltd in the Company has been diluted from 10.90% to 5.77%. This is line with the circular issued to shareholders on the 20 May 2021.
