The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

Reference is made to an announcement made by the Company on the 21 October 2021 in which it was stated that an application had been made to the Malta Financial Services Authority (the "MFSA") in relation to a proposed public offering and listing (the "IPO") of its shares (the "Shares") and that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") had been submitted to, for approval by, the MFSA in respect of the IPO.

At a meeting held yesterday, the MFSA approved the Prospectus relating to the IPO and the admissibility to listing of the Shares pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules. Further announcements as regarding the availability of the Prospectus will be made shortly.
