The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

Reference is made to the company announcement dated 17th September 2021 in which the Company announced that it was in advanced preparations in respect of a proposed public offering and listing of its shares (the "Shares"). It was further noted that, if approved by the Board of Directors, an application would be submitted to the Malta Financial Services Authority (the "MFSA") requesting the admissibility to listing of the Shares and to the Board of Directors of the Malta Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") for the Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange.

The Company announces that the Board of Directors has authorised the submission of an Application for Authorisation for Admissibility to Listing to the MFSA requesting the approval of a prospectus in relation to proposed public issue of the Shares.

An application will be made, in respect of the Shares, to the Exchange for their admittance to the Official List and for trading to commence thereafter.
