Appointment of non-Executive Director

Mr Moussa Atiq Ali has been appointed non-Executive Director of International Hotel Investments p.l.c., effective from 23 July 2021, replacing Mr Reyad Mohamed Hobba, Passport No: G159R112, who has ended his term as Director.

The Board of Directors welcomed Mr Moussa Atiq Ali and thanked Mr Hobba for his services during his term and wished him all the best for the future.

Mr Moussa Atiq Ali is the General Manager of Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) since 13 June 2021. He has previously occupied the post of Manager Director of Libya Africa Investment Portfolio (LAIP). He also occupied the position of Legal Consultant at the Libyan Investment Authority (LIA).

Mr Moussa Atiq Ali, holder of Passport No PF1J3Z48, resides at Hay Alzohour, Airport Rood, Tripoli- Libya.

There are no matters concerning Mr Moussa Atiq Ali which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
