Appointment of non-Executive Director

Mr Reyad Mohamed Hobba has been appointed non-Executive Director of International Hotel Investments p.l.c., effective from 8 July 2021, replacing Mr Salem Hnesh, bearer of ID card number 0100048A, who has ended his term as Director.

The Board of Directors welcomed Mr Hobba and thanked Mr Hnesh for his services during his term and wished him all the best for the future.

Mr Hobba is the Administrative Affairs General Manager of the Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO) since January 2018. Previously he occupied senior management positions in the Libyan National Investment Company (NIC). Mr Hobba holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology.

Mr Hobba, holder of Passport No: G159R112 resides at Ben Ashur Street, Tripoli, Libya.

There are no matters concerning Mr Hobba which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.
