COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Appointment of Director

Mr Joseph Fenech has been appointed as Director of International Hotel Investments p.l.c., effective from 20 April 2021, replacing Dr Joseph J. Vella who has now retired. Mr Fenech will also be a member of the Group's Advisory Committees, including the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Renumeration Committee.

The Board of Directors welcomed Mr Fenech and thanked Dr Vella for his services during his long term and wished him all the best for the future.

Mr Fenech enjoys an acknowledged reputation in the hotel business and corporate financing, having been intimately involved in the Corinthia Group for the past 41 years.

Mr Fenech, holder of ID Card No: 656656M resides at Zeus, Triq il-Harruba, Iklin, Malta. There are no matters concerning Mr Fenech which require disclosure under Listing Rule 5.20.5 to Listing Rule 5.20.9.

Following the promotion of Mr Fenech to the Board, the post of CEO of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. will now be occupied solely by Mr Simon Naudi. The Board also expressed its total confidence in Mr Naudi's abilities to lead the company to new heights.
