Publishes information regarding its 29th Annual General Meeting

Date of Announcement 9 April 2021 Reference 346/2021 In terms of Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules

Malta International Airport would like to remind its shareholders that its forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be held online on Wednesday 5 May 2021, as permitted by Legal Notice 288 issued in the context of the pandemic.

Shareholders on the register of members at the Central Securities Depository at close of business on Monday 5 April 2021 shall shortly be receiving notice to virtually attend the Company's 29th Annual General Meeting and vote by proxy.

Shareholders are also reminded that, following changes to the law and Malta International Airport's Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Company will no longer be mailing a copy of its annual report to all shareholders.

In view of this, Malta International Airport plc would like to inform its shareholders that the Company's 2020 annual report is now available on its website here.
