Reference is made to company announcement 231/2021 pursuant to which the Company announced that its board of directors is scheduled to meet on the 30th April 2021 to consider, and if thought fit, approve the Annual Financial Statements of the Company and of Medserv Operations Limited.

Kindly note that the financial statements being approved refer to the financial year ended 31 December 2020 and not 31 December 2021, as erroneously reported. Any inconvenience is regretted.
