The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MaltaPost p.l.c. (the Company) was held on the 12 February 2021. In accordance with the Companies Act (Public Companies Annual General Meetings) Regulations, 2020 (L.N. 288 of 2020) the AGM was held remotely.

All the resolutions on the Agenda were approved. Company Announcement dated 21 January 2021 refers.
