The Company wishes to announce that Ms Jennifer Tabone holder of Maltese ID Card No. 206784M and residing at 17, Silver Lining, Triq l-Algerija, Naxxar NXR 3120, who currently occupies the post of Chief Financial Officer will be appointed Chief Executive Officer as of 1 January 2021.

The Company furthermore announces that as of 1 January 2021, Ms Melanie Mizzi, holder of Maltese ID Card No. 0410490M and residing at Champagne, Triq Gammari Dalli, Hal Ghaxaq GXQ 1665 will take on the role as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
