Change in senior management of subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Harvest Technology p.l.c. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr Benson H. Bosman, holder of identity card number 0425911L and residing at 5, Trejqet Ghar Berbah, St. Paul's Bay, Malta, has been appointed to the newly created senior management role of Chief Business Development Officer – International Markets, of the Harvest Group. In his new role, Mr Bosman will be responsible for managing and leading the development of the group's internationalisation drive under the direction of the Harvest Group CEO.

As a consequence of his appointment to this new role, Mr Bosman has tendered his resignation from the post of Managing Director of APCO Limited (C-8724), a subsidiary company of Harvest Technology p.l.c., effective 31 December, 2020. Furthermore, Mr. Bosman will be resigning from his office of director, legal and judicial representative of APCO Limited. The Company would like to thank Mr. Bosman for his service and commitment to APCO Limited over the years, and looks forward to his further contribution to the Harvest Group in his new capacity.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr Bosman requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Mr. Christian Gatt, holder of Maltese identity card number 348588M and residing at 254, Villino San Lorenzo, Old Railway Rd., Balzan, Malta, has been appointed as Managing Director of APCO Limited, effective 1 January, 2021. Mr. Gatt currently occupies the role of Head of Product Engineering and Architecture within PTL Limited (C-3545), another subsidiary of the Company forming part of the Harvest Group. For all intents and purposes of

Listing Rule 5.21, it is hereby confirmed that there is no further matter concerning Mr. Gatt requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
