The following is a Company Announcement issued by MIDI p.l.c. ("MIDI" or the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules issued by the Listing Authority.

Appointment of Directors and Board Composition

Following Company Announcement no. 154 in connection with the Company's Annual General Meeting held on the 1st October 2020, the Board of Directors of the Company announces that:

• ‐ Mr David Demarco, holder of ID No 18862M of 52, Triq il‐Kannizzata, Balzan has been re‐appointed to the Board as a non‐executive director in terms of Article 102(3) of the Articles of Association of the Company. Mr Demarco has been a Director of the Company since June 2011 and for the past three years has been appointed by the Board in terms of the said Article. Mr David Demarco is the Chief Financial Officer of Mapfre MSV Life p.l.c. and is a Director of Tigné Mall p.l.c.
• ‐ Mr Mark Portelli, holder of ID No 94965M of 10A, Forth Mansions, Ta' Xbiex Seafront, Ta' Xbiex has been appointed to the Board as an executive director also in terms of Article 102(3) of the Articles of Association of the Company. Mr Portelli has occupied the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company since 1st September 2017 and had served as a Director of the Company for a period of two years from 22nd June 2015 to 21st June 2017.

Both appointments are with effect from the 5 October 2020.

There are no other matters to be disclosed with respect to David Demarco and Mark Portelli in terms of Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
