COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c.

(the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Pier Luca Demajo, holder of Identity Card Number 578465M, and residing at 'The Lodge', Triq il-Garra, Swieqi, Malta, has been appointed Chairman and non-executive director of the Company with effect from the 1st September 2020.

Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Identity Card Number 569579M, and residing at 299, Ithaca, Triq Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta, has resigned as Acting Chairman. Mr. Camilleri has retained his post as a director of the Company.

Mr. Pier Luca Demajo brings many years of commercial experience and insight to the chairmanship of Hili Properties. Throughout his career, he has created and managed several companies operating in diverse sectors in Malta, including technology, manufacturing, tourism, distribution, contracting and financial services. Mr. Demajo served as Chief Executive Officer of the M. Demajo Group from 2008 to 2019 and is now a Group Director. He is also the Honorary Consul of Canada.

There is no further matter concerning Mr. Pier Luca Demajo requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20.
