Errata Corrigendum (annual financial statements)

This is an announcement being made by the Company in compliance with Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules:

QUOTE

Reference is made to the annual financial statements of the Company for the period ended 31 December 2019 (the "Financial Statements"), as referred to in the company announcement 170/2020.

Regrettably, the Company notes that the Financial Statements contain a typographical error in the figures relating to the seaside and landside revenues of IC Cesme Marina Yatirim, Turizm ve Isletmeleri Anonim Sirketi ("IC Cesme"), as set out in the third page of the Financial Statements, under the heading Chairman's Statement. The aforementioned figures should correctly read as follows:

"€m	2019
Seaside revenues	2.3
Landside revenues	2.0
Total revenues	4.3"

The Company would like to further highlight that whilst the line entries for each of the seaside and landside revenues required corrections as aforesaid, their aggregate - expressed as "Total revenues" - was correct and therefore required no correction.
