COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

Twentieth Annual General Meeting

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. has today held its 20th Annual General Meeting. In consequence of the unprecedented circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, and in line with legal notice 288 of 2020, the Company held this year's meeting on a remote basis. All resolutions on the agenda were approved.

All of the serving Directors were re-appointed in terms of the articles of association for a further period of one year. These are Mr Alfred Pisani, as Chairman, Mr Abdulnaser Ahmida, Mr Hamad Buamim, Mr Salem Hnesh, Mr Joe Pisani, Dr Joseph J. Vella, Mr Frank Xerri de Caro, Mr Douraid Zaghouani and Mr Winston V. Zahra as Directors.
