COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the 'Company') in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 as published by the Listing Authority.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Mr Richard Abdilla Castillo, holder of Identity Card Number 267256M of 75, 'Il-Girna', Mdina Road, Mriehel, Birkirkara, BKR1870, Malta has resigned from the offices of Chairman and Interim Managing Director of the Company.

The Board thanks Mr Abdilla Castillo for his service to the company.

There is no matter concerning Mr Abdilla Castillo requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

The Company further announces that Mr Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Identity Card Number 569579M, and residing at 299, Ithaca, Triq Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta, has been appointed Acting Chairman from July 13, 2020, until such time as a permanent appointment is made. Mr Camilleri is Chief Financial Officer of Hili Ventures Limited, the Company's parent.

There is no further matter concerning Mr Camilleri requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

Furthermore, the Company announces that it has appointed George T. Kakouras, holder of Identity Card Number 105517A, and residing at Villa Aloe, Triq iz-Zebbug, Santa Marija Estate, Mellieha, to the office of Managing Director with effect from August 17, 2020.

Mr Kakouras joins the Company from Apco Systems Ltd, where he was Managing Director since February 2019. Apco Systems Ltd is a subsidiary of Harvest Technology plc, in turn part of 1923 Investments plc. Hili Properties plc and 1923 Investments plc are subsidiaries of Hili Ventures Ltd.

Prior to joining Apco Systems, Mr Kakouras gained extensive international management and leadership experience serving Intralot group and Maltco Lotteries, where he was Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr Kakouras holds a BSc and an MEng in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Engineering Economics Systems from the National Technical University of Athens.

There is no matter concerning Mr Kakouras requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.
