QUOTE

The Company refers to the circular published by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) on the 20th March 2020 pursuant to which the MFSA set out that it would grant a two month extension to the publication deadline of a financial analysis summary (FAS). The Company has obtained the MFSA's permission to extend the publication deadline to the 15 July 2020.

Such extension was requested as a result of the considerable disruption being caused by the humanitarian, financial and logistical impact of COVID-19 on the Company and its advisers.
