The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of the Listing Rules published by the Listing Authority

QUOTE

With reference to the Circular issued by Malta Financial Services Authority, entitled 'Timing of regulatory reporting due to the outbreak of COVID-19', dated 20th March 2020, the Company announces that it shall be availing itself of the two months extension for the publication of the Financial Analysis Summary.

The Company is advising its shareholders and bondholders that it shall be publishing the Financial Analysis Summary by the end of August 2020.
