The following is a Company Announcement issued by Simonds Farsons Cisk p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to Chapter 5 of the Listing Rules as issued by the Listing Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta) as they may be amended from time to time.

The Board of Directors of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc shall be meeting on 27 th May 2020 to:

• 1. Consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st January 2020.
• 1. Consider the declaration or otherwise of a final dividend to be recommended to the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting had provisionally been scheduled to be held on 25th June 2020. However, in view of the current COVID-19 restrictions it may not be possible to hold the meeting on that date. A further company announcement will be issued concerning the fixing of a date for the Annual General Meeting as soon as it is practicable to do so.
