Extension of Publication Date – Guarantor Financial Statements

QUOTE

The Company refers to the Medserv €20million 2023 6% Secured Notes guaranteed by Medserv Operations Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors announces that, due to current unprecedented COVID19 environment, the auditors of Medserv Operations Limited have requested a one-month extension to finalise their audit engagement. The said extension has been approved by the Listing Authority.

The Board of Directors of Medserv Operations Limited has thus scheduled the 29th May 2020 to consider, and if thought fit, approve the annual financial statements of Medserv Operations Limited for the financial year ended 31 December 2019.
