COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (C57954) (the "Company") pursuant to the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company wishes to update its bondholders on the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on its operational and financial performance.

The Company wishes to affirm that it is well positioned to honour all its financial obligations including the bond interest payments.

The Company is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of staff, customers and all other stakeholders as a matter of utmost priority and is complying with the guidance of national authorities in the markets in which it operates.

Compliance with these guidelines has led to temporary closure of some properties. Cost containment measures have been put in place across operations within the markets and all capital expenditure plans are on hold.

The Company is in close contact with all its tenants and is working to ensure that collaborative relations are maintained.

Accordingly, the Company wishes to inform bondholders that they shall be receiving settlement in full of the next interest payment on its due date, 16th October 2020.
