Information to the Market: Covid-19

The Board of Directors of Santumas Shareholdings plc (the "Company") is hereby providing information with reference to the ongoing developments of COVID-19, and its potential impact on the operations of the Company.

The results for the current financial year ending 30th April 2020 are likely to reflect the negative effects of the downturn in the equity markets. It is, however, not possible at this stage to quantify the extent. The other operations of the Company in the property related segment continue, albeit with a reduced momentum. The present situation may also lead to some valuation adjustments at the reporting date.

The health and safety of the Company's employees and the general public is, and will remain, the overriding priority in these delicate times. The Company has accordingly taken measures to ensure full compliance with all the guidelines issued by the Public Health Authorities and also to applicable Legal Notices.

The Board of Directors of the Company will continue to monitor the situation on an ongoing basis and will keep the Market updated as necessary.
