The Company has been following the ongoing global and local developments resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, and wishes to release the following statement in connection therewith:

• The Company is taking due note of the measures being introduced by the Government of Malta (the "Government") to safeguard public health and is committed to take all necessary actions to reduce as much as possible, COVID-19's impact on its operations;
• The health and safety of the Company's employees and customers is of paramount importance; indeed, the Company has been and continues being proactive in taking the necessary measures to safeguard the health and safety of its employees and customers, including by issuing internal guidelines in line with the advice and directives issued by the health authorities;
• Boat owners, captains and crew are being informed of the national measures being taken by the Government, as published from time to time, with specific focus being given to the mandatory quarantine requirements as published on 17 March 2020; and
• The employees of the Company have received training and instructions on health and safety measures to be adopted.

The Board considers that at this stage, it is premature to quantify the impact of the pandemic on the financial performance of the Company for 2020. The Board will continue to closely monitor developments in connection with the spread and

repercussions of the pandemic and its impacts on the Company's operations and performance, and will keep the market informed of material developments, as appropriate
