The Company hereby announces that HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. acting as custodian/trustee on behalf of its clients has disposed of 1,397,216 shares carrying voting rights held by it in the Company (representing in aggregate 6.98% of the total issued share capital of the Company carrying voting rights). HSBC Bank Malta p.l.c. acting as custodian/trustee on behalf of its clients has accordingly divested itself of its entire shareholding in the Company.
