The following is a Company Announcement issued by Bank of Valletta p.l.c. pursuant to the Listing Rules, issued by the Listing Authority:

La Valette Multi Manager Property Fund (LVMMPF)

Bank of Vallettta p.l.c. (the Bank) refers to Company Announcement 330 issued on the 14 March 2018 where it was announced that the Bank and BOV Asset Management Limited (BOVAM) had filed an appeal before the Court of Appeal (Inferior Jurisdiction) from the decision given by the Arbiter for Financial Services in relation to a number of LVMMPF claims.

The Bank hereby announces that on the 16 December 2019, the Court of Appeal (Inferior Jurisdiction) delivered a judgement whereby it upheld the appeals filed by the Bank and BOVAM in a number of cases. A number of other cases are yet to be decided.
