INTERIM DIVIDEND AND INTERIM FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

QUOTE

The Board of Directors of PG p.l.c. (the "Company") will be convening on Monday 25th November 2019 to consider, and if thought fit, to distribute an interim dividend to those Members appearing on the Company's Register of Members, as maintained at the Central Securities Depository at the Malta Stock Exchange, as at the close of business on Monday 25th November 2019.

This interim dividend will be paid on Thursday 5th December 2019.

The Board will also be convening on Wednesday 18th December 2019 to approve the Interim Unaudited Financial Statements for the six-month financial period from 1st May 2019 to 31st October 2019. A copy of the unaudited financial statements and Interim Directors' Report approved by the Board will be made available to the public on the Company's website.
