Further to the approval by the Listing Authority for the Admissibility to Listing on the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange of 664, 938 additional ordinary shares of a nominal value of € 0.275 each, the Issuer confirms that the additional ordinary shares will be admitted to the Official List of the Malta Stock Exchange on Monday 4" November 2019 and trading will commence on Tuesday 5th November 2019.
