COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT

The following is a company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") in terms of Listing Rule 5.16 of the Listing Rules.

QUOTE

The Company hereby announces that Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri, holder of Identity Card Number 569579M, and residing at 299, Ithaca, Triq Frans Sammut, Zebbug, Malta, has resigned from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the 16 October 2019.

There is no matter concerning Mr. Geoffrey Camilleri requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules.

It is further announced that with effect from the 16 October 2019, Mr. Andris Purins, holder of Latvian Passport Number 171085-12907 resident at Gertrudes 71-60, Riga, Latvia, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Purins has a Master's in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and a Degree in Economics and Business Administration. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Andris has occupied various positions in Finance and Accounting and worked with KPMG Baltics for eight years where he led financial and management consulting services as Associate Director. He was also Internal Audit Director at Latvia Post.

There is no further matter concerning Mr. Andris Purins requiring disclosure under the Listing Rules 5.20. and 5.21.
