CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Company hereby announces that with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Friday 11th October 2019, Mr Michael Pace Ross ceased to be a Director of the Company.

Mr Roberto Buontempo, ID Card No. 147373M, of 18, Moonlight Ville, Triq il-Qasba, Ibrag, has been elected to serve as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 11th October 2019.

Mr Buontempo is the Head of Property of the Archdiocese of Malta, having been appointed to the post by Archbishop Charles ] Scicluna in January this year. Previously, he occupied top management positions within the private sector both in Malta and overseas. A graduate in management and business administration, he is also a Chartered Manager and holds professional Fellowships with the Chartered Management Institute of Supply Chain Management and the Royal Society of Arts. For a number of years he was a council member of the Malta Society for the encouragement of the Arts, Manufacturers and Commerce.

There are no matters concerning Mr. Buontempo that require disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 and 5.20.9
