At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Santumas Shareholdings plc held on 28th August 2019 the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 30th April 2019 were approved. The Board resolved that these audited financial statements be submitted for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting which is scheduled for Friday, 11th October 2019.
