Company Appointment

The Chairman and Board of International Hotel Investments p.l.c. (IHI) announce that Mr Joe Galea, Group CFO of IHI will be retiring by the end of July 2019, having reached pensionable age. The board thanks Mr Galea for his contribution and long-term service to the company.

As from 15 July 2019, Mr Neville Fenech, who has been working closely with Mr Joe Galea for the past 19 years with specific focus on IHI p.l.c., will replace Mr Galea as the Group's Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Neville Fenech joined the Group in 2000 and in 2014 he was promoted to the post of Finance Director. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Mr Neville Fenech holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Malta.
