Nineteenth Annual General Meeting

International Hotel Investments p.l.c. held its nineteenth Annual General Meeting on 13 June 2019, when the shareholders approved all the resolutions on the Agenda.

The Directors appointed in terms of the articles of association until the next Annual General Meeting are Mr Alfred Pisani, as Chairman, Mr Abdulnaser Ahmida, Mr Abuagila Almahdi, Mr Hamad Buamim, Mr Salem Hnesh, Mr Joe Pisani, Dr Joseph J. Vella, Mr Frank Xerri de Caro, Mr Douraid Zaghouani and Mr Winston V. Zahra as Directors.

The Meeting approved a net dividend of 2 cents per share to shareholders on the register of members as at the end of business on 28 June 2019. The dividend will be paid on 5 July 2019.
